General rules:

• LANET PRODUCTION Announcers base provides services in accordance with the rules described on this page of the site. By applying for services, the client confirms that he has read and accepted all the rules.
• The studio administrator communicates exclusively with the client who placed the order and does not consider the requests of third parties who were not involved in order placing.
• The client undertakes to provide an exhaustive and consistent technical requirement before the stage of forming the cost of services.
• The voice-over process takes place without the presence of the client in the LANET PRODUCTION studio (Ukraine, Kyiv, Pobedy Avenue, 107) or in the announcer's studio.

Cost services of announcers:

• The specified price on the services of a specific announcer is the base cost for voice acting of a text up to 1 minute in length. The duration of the voice-over of the text is calculated by the administrator using the chronometer tool.
• The announcer may refuse to read the text or change the cost of his services for a specific order for personal reasons (ethical, religious, etc.).
• The cost of voice-over services may change for commercial orders (commercials for radio, TV, Internet). If the client needs the alienation of the rights to announcer's voice-over services, he can request them from the studio administrator at the stage of calculating the cost of services.
• The price of services may change if any other types of work are required, except for the sound recording of the voice-over (for example: sound engineering, sound design, musical accompaniment, mixing and mastering, etc.).
• The final cost of the service may differ from the one indicated on the website, it is announced to the client after the order is processed (after the client submits the technical requirement for the order) and before the client makes the payment.

Making edits and changes:

• It is possible to make any changes and edits to the order and to the technical requirements on the part of the client with an additional payment at the studio's rates (the amount of the additional payment is calculated by the studio administrator).
• It is possible to make free changes to the finished order within 2 days from the moment the finished product is handed over to the client in the following cases: errors in the pronunciation of words by the announcer (pronunciation errors in proper names, brand names, errativs, agnonyms are an exception if the client has not indicated the correct pronunciation in the technical requirement); technical defects (noises, extraneous sounds, damage to the audio file).

A refund is possible if:

• The finished product has not been sent to the customer. The selected announcer refused to make voice-over or was unavailable, and the client refused to select another speaker from the LANET PRODUCTION base.
• The finished product was sent to the client and there were no subjective components in the client's technical requirements. The finished product objectively contradicts the terms of reference, and the correction is impossible.
